Huafa Group (600325.SH) subsidiary plans to publicly list and transfer 60% equity of Zhuhai Huatong.

The Financial APP of Wisdom News, Huafa Group (600325.SH) announced that Zhuhai Huatong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhuhai Huatong") is the project company of Zhuhai Du Hui Four Seasons project. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary Zhuhai Huaxin Investment Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhuhai Huaxin") holds 60% of the shares of Zhuhai Huatong, and Zhuhai Wanye Weizhu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. holds 40% of the shares of Zhuhai Huatong. As the development, construction, and sales of the project have entered the final stage, Zhuhai Huaxin plans to transfer its 60% stake in Zhuhai Huatong through public listing to exit the project.
