Jianbei Miaomiao (02161.HK) plans to acquire 24.9% equity of Li Zhongsheng Hall (Group) from Jacobson Pharmaceuticals (02633.HK) for HKD 74.7 million.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, Health Baby (02161.HK) and Jacobson Research Pharmaceuticals (02633) jointly announced that on June 29, 2026, Jacobson Research Pharmaceuticals (02633) indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Ouhua Pharmaceuticals plans to sell 124,500 shares of Lee Chung Sheng Tang (Group) Limited to Health Baby (02161) indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Po Chai Herbal for a total consideration of HK$74.7 million. Upon completion, Po Chai Herbal will be the legal and beneficial owner of 484,000 shares of the target company, accounting for 96.8% of the total issued shares of the target company.
