Anke Innovation announced that the company is progressing in applying for the issuance of overseas listed foreign capital stocks and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The final price for this issuance of H shares has been determined to be HK$99.32 per share, with eligible overseas and domestic investors as subscribers. The H shares are expected to be listed and traded on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 2, 2026.
