(00132.HK) has entered into a financing lease agreement for certain designated water supply equipment and facilities.

The Zhixun Finance App reported that Xingye Holdings (00132.HK) has announced that on June 29, 2026, its subsidiary, Green Gold Leasing, signed a financing lease agreement with the lessee, Enping City Water Supply Co., Ltd, for a total price of 30 million yuan (equivalent to approximately 34.59 million Hong Kong dollars). The lessee will acquire ownership of the assets (Asset 1 includes several specified water supply equipment and facilities located in Enping City, Guangdong Province, China. Asset 2 includes other specified water supply equipment and facilities located in Enping City, Guangdong Province, China) through the financing lease agreement. These assets will be leased back to the lessee for use and possession, with a term of five years.
