In addition, for the 2024 and 2025 consecutive two accounting years, the internal control of the financial reports received negative opinions from the audit reports, and the company's stock was subject to delisting risk warning on May 6, 2026. If the delisting conditions are not met by the end of 2026, the company's stock will be terminated by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
