According to the Securities Times app, on June 29, E-Kong Smart Drive Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as E-Kong Smart Drive, 07687) officially launched its H-share global offering plan and is expected to be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 8. According to the announcement posted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website, E-Kong Smart Drive plans to globally offer 26,132,000 shares, expecting to raise a total of approximately HK$2.121 billion to HK$2.298 billion.
