Easy Control Smart Driving seeks to raise up to 2.3 billion Hong Kong dollars through an IPO in Hong Kong.

According to the announcement submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Easy Control Intelligent Driving Technology Co., Ltd. is selling 26.1 million shares in Hong Kong at a price range of HK$81.16 to HK$87.92 per share. The company is expected to raise up to HK$2.3 billion. It is anticipated to be listed on July 8th. Guotai Junan is the exclusive sponsor.
