Russian President Putin said that car owners and various businesses are still facing difficulties with fuel supply, and long lines are common at gas stations across the country. Due to the impact of several oil refineries shutting down, Russia is implementing measures to stabilize the domestic market. Putin confirmed that a complete ban on diesel exports is one of the alternative options currently being discussed. After a meeting on Friday with the Ministry of Energy, oil producers, and government officials, it was not recommended to implement a diesel export ban for now, as it may lead to issues such as diesel stockpiling. The government will reassess the market situation on Monday.
