China Jinshi (01380) plans to acquire 85% of the equity interest in Kingstone Global Holdings Limited.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, China Jinshi (01380) announced that on June 28, 2026, the company (as the buyer) entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Mr. Song (as the seller). According to the agreement, Mr. Song conditionally agreed to sell, and the company conditionally agreed to (i) acquire the target company's Kingstone Global Holdings Limited 85% of the issued shares and (ii) transfer the $800,000 debt owed to Mr. Song by a Chilean company, for a total consideration of $3.2 million (approximately HK$24.96 million).
