Panda Energy Technology announced on June 28th that shareholder Panda Lithium Venture Capital Partnership plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 736.08 shares within 3 months after 15 trading days, representing 5.0221% of the company's total shares through centralized bidding and block trading methods. The reduction percentage will not exceed 3% of the total share capital of the company.
