The person in charge of Zhumiyi's related business said in an interview that recently, Zhumiyi Technology has completed a new round of core strategic adjustments, officially locking in four core tracks: smart homes, outdoor courtyards, smart travel, and embodied intelligence, and systematically combing and optimizing its business system. This strategic iteration is a deep reshaping of the company's development logic, fully returning to the core tracks of hardcore technology research and technology implementation. Along with the business adjustments, personnel optimization is also being carried out, making it the largest organizational and personnel simplification since Zhumiyi was established. It is reported that the overall downsizing ratio of the company this time is about 12%. It is estimated that the total number of employees in the Zhumiyi system is currently about 20,000, with approximately 2,400 people affected by this optimization. This proportion is slightly higher than the normal year-end elimination rate of about 10% at Zhumiyi Technology.
