CCTV financial news, the Ministry of Commerce and other departments released two documents on the same day this week, one being the "Notice on Cultivating and Expanding Measures for the Aftermarket Consumption of Automobiles" and the other being the "Notice on the Announcement of the List of Pilot Cities for Reform of Automobile Circulation Consumption". Shenzhen is one of the cities optimizing car purchase restrictions among the 40 pilot cities for reform of automobile circulation consumption, and changes have already begun. On July 30, Shenzhen will conduct a lottery for additional quota of ordinary small passenger cars in 2026, releasing 15,000 quotas for fuel vehicles at once and allocating them to individuals through a step-by-step lottery system, with the registration period already in progress. These newly purchased cars will be registered one after another in the next 6 months, directly driving growth in automobile insurance, financial loans, car decoration, maintenance and repair services, etc.
