On the evening of June 26, ST Changyuan announced that the company had received a "Notice of Administrative Penalty Prior Notification" issued by the Shenzhen Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The company and two senior executives are facing a total fine of 42 million yuan for failing to disclose the unauthorized use of nearly 1.1 billion yuan in related funds in a timely manner.
