Majestic Holdings (00022.HK) issues profit warning, expecting annual net loss of approximately 2 to 3 million Hong Kong dollars.

Smart Financial News APP, Maosheng Holdings (00022.HK) announced that it is expected to incur a continued operating loss of approximately HK$2 million to HK$3 million for the year ending March 31, 2026. This is a decrease from the operating loss of HK$38.9 million for the year ending March 31, 2025. The expected decrease in operating loss is mainly due to reduced impairment losses on investment properties, effective cost control in administration and operations resulting in reduced administrative expenses, and an increase in gross profit and revenue from building materials trade and decoration construction business as the decoration construction service enters its final stage.
