The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government has opened a long-term residential arrangement plan for the Wang Fat Estate, Wang Chi Court in Tai Po.

The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government announced on the 26th that they have received 77.8%, a total of 193 homeowners of Block H, Hung Fuk Court in Tai Po, who have signed and returned the "letter accepting the acquisition proposal," confirming their intention to sell their property rights to the SAR Government. Following the previously announced arrangements for Block H, Hung Fuk Court, in the event of a high degree of consensus among the homeowners of that block, the long-term residential arrangement plan applicable to Blocks A to G of Hung Fuk Court will be formally opened to Block H. A government spokesperson stated that the homeowners of Block H have responded positively and positively, indicating that the majority of homeowners believe that the long-term plan proposed by the SAR Government is attractive and can effectively help them resolve various uncertainties and complex issues, allowing homeowners to reset their long-term residence and start a new life.
