Qianjiang Motorcycle announced on June 26 that the company plans to jointly invest with Zhejiang Mingdao Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Luomei Investment Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Jiyang Business Consulting Co., Ltd. in establishing Hangzhou Jimo Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise. The total capital contribution of the partnership enterprise is 500 million yuan, of which the company intends to subscribe for 200 million yuan as a limited partner, with a subscription proportion of 39.98%.
