The North Stock Exchange has terminated the review of Jianyuan's IPO.

On June 26, according to the website of the North Exchange, Jiangsu Jianyuan Construction Co., Ltd. submitted an application to the North Exchange to withdraw its application for the public offering of shares to unspecified qualified investors and listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange. As a result, the North Exchange decided to terminate the review of its initial public offering of shares and listing on the North Exchange.
