Wisdom Financial APP News, Xinjin Energy (002015.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinjin Smart Energy (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinjin Smart Energy"), plans to use its own funds of 167 million yuan to jointly establish the Xuancheng Anyuan Zhanxin Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) with Anhui Anyuan Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. and other companies. The fundraising scale of the partnership enterprise is 1 billion yuan, mainly targeting strategic emerging industries. Xinjin Smart Energy holds 16.667% of the partnership stake in the partnership enterprise.
