Zhixin Finance APP News, Longyuan Power (00916.HK) announced that on June 26, 2026 (after the trading period), the company and China Energy Guangxi Company have entered into a "Capital Increase Agreement", under which, the company and China Energy Guangxi Company plan to increase capital in China Energy Tongxian County in proportion. The company intends to increase its capital in China Energy Tongxian County by approximately RMB 161 million (51% shareholding), while China Energy Guangxi Company intends to increase its capital in China Energy Tongxian County by approximately RMB 155 million (49% shareholding).
