The Zhitong Finance APP informed that Monalisa (002918.SZ) has issued an announcement. The company plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase some of its own shares through centralized bidding trading, which will be used for future implementation of equity incentive plans or employee stock ownership plans. The total amount of funds for the repurchase shall not be less than 50 million yuan (inclusive), and shall not exceed 100 million yuan (inclusive). The repurchase price of the shares shall not exceed 20.83 yuan per share (inclusive).
