Lakala announced that the company plans to jointly invest in the establishment of the Shanghai Koala Leading Artificial Intelligence Venture Capital Fund Partnership Enterprise with Shanghai Guotou Leading Artificial Intelligence Private Equity Fund Partnership Enterprise and others. The target subscription capital of the fund is 600 million yuan, with the company planning to subscribe 150 million yuan with its own funds. One of the co-investors, Beijing Koala Hongtu Enterprise Management Center, is a related party of the company, making this investment a related party transaction. This investment has been approved by the board of directors and does not need to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting. The company has not yet signed a partnership agreement with all parties, and there is uncertainty in the investment.
