Keming Food announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinjiang Keming Noodle Industry Co., Ltd., has transferred its 100% equity in Keming Kazakhstan Limited Liability Company to the company's controlling shareholder, Hunan Keming Food Group Co., Ltd. According to the valuation report, the market value of the shareholders' equity of Keming Kazakhstan on the valuation reference date of December 31, 2025, is estimated to be 18.03 million yuan. After negotiations, the transaction price for this equity transfer is set at 18.03 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, Keming Kazakhstan will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
