CFM Eagle, a subsidiary of Lianyungang, has officially commenced production of part of the production line for a project to annually produce 30,000 tons of high-performance carbon fiber.

The announcement of Zhongfu Shenying stated that the construction of the "Annual Capacity 30,000 Tons High-performance Carbon Fiber Construction Project" invested and built by its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Lianyungang Co., Ltd. has gradually entered the trial production phase. The total planned investment of the project is 5.962 billion yuan. Construction started in June 2023, with an overall design capacity of producing 30,000 tons of high-performance carbon fiber per year. Currently, the first phase of the project has seen 3 production lines entering the trial production phase. Following the industry practice of carbon fiber, using SYT49-12K as the benchmark to calculate the theoretical capacity, the annual theoretical capacity of a single production line is 3,000 tons.
