Kangguang Photovoltaic announced that the company plans to acquire 70% equity of Jintaihaoyou held by Haoyuanxineng with a price of 70.74 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, Jintaihaoyou will become a subsidiary of the company and be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. Jintaihaoyou plans to continue investing in the construction of a 400,000-kilowatt wind power project. This transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring or a restructuring for listing and does not require approval from relevant authorities. The counterparty Haoyuanxineng is a subsidiary of EH Group, the controlling shareholder of the company, and this transaction constitutes a related party transaction. The eighth board of directors of the company, held on June 26, 2026, approved the relevant proposal at its sixth meeting, and the related directors have recused themselves from voting.
