China CITIC Bank Announcement: On June 26, 2026, we received a notification from Yunnan Hongta Bank stating that they have received approval from the Yunnan Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission for the change of equity in Yunnan Hongta Bank. The approval allows our bank to acquire 915 million shares held by Kunming Industrial Development Investment Co., Ltd. After the acquisition, our bank will hold 9.15 billion shares of Yunnan Hongta Bank, with a shareholding of 14.52%. The equity transfer has been completed, and our bank has officially become a shareholder of Yunnan Hongta Bank. This transaction will deepen strategic cooperation among all parties, further develop the industrial chain finance, and open up new business development opportunities.
