Leshan Electric Power Announcement stated that the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission adjusted the residential tiered electricity pricing policy starting from July 1, 2026, including adjusting the monthly tiered electricity consumption for summer residents, promoting equal pricing for residential electricity consumption across the province, and establishing a system for carrying over monthly tiered electricity consumption. Due to the increase in electricity consumption for the first and second tiers and a decrease in the proportion for the third tier for residential tiered users in the summer, the average selling price for residential electricity from July to September will decrease. The subsidiary Leshan Chuanqian Electric Power will implement residential electricity prices according to the standards of the Sichuan Power Grid, and the average selling price will also decrease, which will have an impact on the company's operational performance.
