ST Tianyu: the deadline for responding to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's inquiry letter on the 2025 annual report has been further extended to July 3rd.

ST Tianyu announced that the company received an inquiry letter for the 2025 annual report from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on April 27, 2026. The original deadline for response was May 21, but it was extended to June 26. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the response content still needs further improvement. Upon application, this inquiry letter will be extended to July 3, 2026 for completion of response and disclosure.
