Morgan Stanley released a research report estimating that the production of EPYC (Sky Dragon) Venice processors will reach 6.75 million units in 2027, higher than the 5.75 million units of Nvidia's Vera, an increase of about 17%. In terms of foundry, Morgan Stanley predicts that Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing CoWoS packaging capacity will increase to 200,000 wafers per month in 2027, with Nvidia remaining its largest customer for advanced packaging.
