Recently, Mercedes-Benz Sales Limited and Beijing Mercedes-Benz Automobile Limited, in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Management of Recalls of Defective Automotive Products" and the "Implementation Measures for the Regulations on the Management of Recalls of Defective Automotive Products," filed recall plans with the State Administration for Market Regulation. 1. Mercedes-Benz Sales Limited recall number S2026M0070V: Starting from December 2, 2026, a total of 24,832 imported S-Class vehicles produced between October 2, 2017, and December 11, 2019, will be recalled. 2. Beijing Mercedes-Benz Automobile Limited recall number S2026M0071V: Starting from December 2, 2026, a total of 763 domestically produced E-Class vehicles produced between October 1, 2017, and February 14, 2019, will be recalled. Due to manufacturing reasons, some vehicles within the scope of this recall have insufficient hardness in the front drive shaft universal joint, which may cause abnormal wear and lubricant loss. After long-term use, the front drive shaft universal joint may fracture, leading to power interruption during vehicle operation, increasing the risk of accidents and posing a safety hazard.
