On June 25th, Tongzhou District of Beijing issued several opinions to accelerate the high-quality development of the urban sub-center industry. Among them, it mentioned focusing on optimizing the supply of industrial ecological services, shifting policies from single business services to multidimensional comprehensive services, and constructing a full-dimensional service system from five aspects: government affairs, scenarios, spaces, standards, and entrepreneurial ecology. Implement precise and fast exchange of favorable policies for enterprises, and accelerate government service approvals. Open up urban scenarios for artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, and other fields. Implement diversified land supply models such as long-term leasing, pre-leasing and letting, flexible lease terms to reduce enterprise land costs. Encourage local enterprises to participate deeply in the research and development of international, national, industry, local, and group standards. Support parks and incubators in creating exclusive OPC ecological communities, providing one-stop services for industry, taxation, legal affairs, etc.
