Beijing Tongzhou: Several Opinions have been released on the high-quality development of the city sub-center industries, to promote the acceleration of building a modern industrial system.

On June 25th, Tongzhou District of Beijing issued several opinions to accelerate the high-quality development of the industrial center of the city sub-center. The policy revised the previous policies from the perspective of fairness and compliance, refining the track, and strengthening mechanisms, focusing on six dimensions: strong chain aggregation, innovative source, characteristic cultivation, ecological services, financial empowerment, and talent cultivation. It proposed 26 specific measures to promote the rapid construction of a modern industrial system in the city sub-center and create a new growth pole for the capital's development. Among them, it mentioned the cultivation of strong characteristic industries, insisting on synchronizing the dominant industries with characteristic sub-tracks, and supporting market entities in eight industries or tracks including cultural tourism, business services, pharmaceutical health, modern agriculture, online audiovisual, e-sports, design industry, and digital advertising industry. Enriching consumer scenes and creating characteristic spaces for intangible cultural heritage inheritance and entertainment experience. Strengthening the construction of an international consumer city, gathering the development of first-store economy, nightlife economy, and logistics economy. Focusing on innovative drugs, high-end medical devices, and beautiful health fields, deepening the coordination of medical and agricultural production. Developing characteristic agriculture and promoting the coordinated development of innovation chains in the seed industry and agricultural production industry. Strengthening online audiovisual, enhancing the application of ultra-high-definition audiovisual scenes. Creating a fusion ecology of "e-sports + cultural tourism", optimizing the design industry, supporting the scale development of digital advertising agencies and industrial parks.
