He Yu-B released an announcement, announcing that its subsidiary Shanghai Heyu Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. announced at the recent 2026 American Clinical Oncology Society Annual Meeting that the company has disclosed the preliminary results of its Phase II clinical study of the same class of orally administered highly selective FGFR2/3 inhibitor ABSK061 in combination with orally administered PD-L1 inhibitor ABSK043, with or without CAPOX treatment in patients with FGFR2-positive advanced gastric cancer and gastroesophageal junction cancer. The research data shows that ABSK061 combined with ABSK043, with or without CAPOX, demonstrates good safety and positive anti-tumor activity in FGFR2-positive advanced GC/GEJC patients, highlighting the potential of this targeted combined immunotherapy strategy as a novel treatment option for this patient population.
