Ministry of Public Security: 12,000 cases of drug-related crimes nationwide were solved from January to May.

Today is the 39th International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. According to the latest data from the Ministry of Public Security, from January to May this year, a total of 12,000 drug-related criminal cases were cracked nationwide, with 18,000 criminal suspects arrested and 10.7 tons of drugs seized. Various regions have deepened "Operation Fox Hunt" to capture 49 drug-related fugitives hiding overseas, including 2 fugitives on the Interpol red notice list and 2 fugitives on the Ministry of Public Security's class A wanted list.
