The State Council Information Office held a press conference today. A relevant official from the National Energy Administration introduced that during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, efforts will be made to support private enterprises to participate in the construction of a new energy system. Deputy Director of the National Energy Administration Wan Jinsong mentioned that in major energy projects, the investment space for private enterprises will be expanded. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, efforts will be continued to open up energy projects, introducing guidelines for private enterprises to participate in investment in large and medium-sized hydropower projects, ensuring that companies have direction in their investments and guaranteed profits. In terms of new models and formats, the electricity market and pricing mechanisms will be further improved to support private enterprises in investing in virtual power plants, charging facilities, new energy storage projects, etc. Deputy Director Wan Jinsong of the National Energy Administration stated that better services will be provided to private enterprises in optimizing the business environment. Efforts will be made to crack down on irregularities in bidding and bidding, disorderly competition in the photovoltaic industry, and mandatory industrial matching, continually opening up basic infrastructure such as power grids and oil and gas pipelines to private enterprises on a fair basis. Simplifying project approval processes, implementing "one-stop online services, one-window acceptance", improving the level of "getting electricity" services, making it easier for companies to do business with less hassle. Regularly conduct government-enterprise dialogues, evaluate policy effectiveness, respond to development demands, and serve as a close ally to enterprises.
