Tesla's Germany factory increases production capacity by 20%.

Tesla announced on Thursday that production capacity at its Berlin factory will increase by 20% starting from October this year, reaching 7,500 vehicles per week. Tesla stated that this expansion plan will require hiring 1,000 new employees. The company had already announced in April a plan to expand the factory to meet the growing market demand for the Model Y model, and in May announced additional investment in the power battery production line at the factory. Tesla stated that after the implementation of these three plans, a total of 3,500 new job positions will be created in the short to medium term in the factory's vehicle manufacturing and battery production lines.
