Tianyancha's intellectual property information shows that recently, Dou Bao's affiliated company Beijing Chuntian Zhiyun Technology Co., Ltd. applied to register the "Dou Bao Cloud" trademark, with international classifications involving scientific instruments and website services. The current status of the trademark is all pending substantive examination. The company was established in July 2023, with Yan Lin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million RMB. Its business scope includes computer system services, data processing services, software development, etc., and it is wholly owned by Beijing Douyin Information Service Co., Ltd.
