Venezuelan official: Earthquake causes at least 18 people to be injured.

The mayor of Chacao city in Miranda state, near the Venezuelan capital Caracas, Gustavo Duque, said on social media on the 24th that two buildings collapsed in the earthquake, and currently 18 trapped victims have been rescued. More than 500 government workers are conducting rescue missions.
