Citigroup raises quarterly dividend by 12% to $0.67 per share.

After completing the annual stress test by the Federal Reserve, Citibank plans to raise its quarterly common stock dividend by 12%, from $0.60 per share to $0.67 per share. The media had previously expected a dividend of $0.63 per share. The bank had previously announced a $300 billion common stock repurchase program to be implemented over several years starting in the second quarter.
