Report: 88% of surveyed companies said they have integrated agent-based AI into their systems.

The 2026 Shanghai Mobile World Congress opened on June 24th. According to the "KPMG 2026 Global Technology Report" released during the conference, based on research data from 27 countries and 2500 technology executives worldwide, 88% of the surveyed companies have already integrated agent-based AI into their systems, and 92% believe that intelligent agent management will become an important skill for employees in the next 5 years. The surveyed technology executives expect that from 2025 to 2027, the proportion of digital employees in core technology teams will increase from 28% to 36%.
