SMIC International: Issue 547 million shares to 5 shareholders to purchase 49% equity of SMIC North China.

SMIC International announces that it will issue 547 million shares to purchase the 49% equity held by five shareholders, including the National Integrated Circuit Fund, in SMIC North, with an issue price of 74.2 yuan per share. The new shares were registered at the Shanghai branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation on June 23, 2026. The transfer of the underlying assets has been completed on June 12, 2026, and the 49% equity of SMIC North has been transferred to SMIC International.
