On June 22, 2026, the "Valuation Report" was filed with the competent state-owned asset supervision unit; on June 23, this transaction was officially approved by China Aviation Industry Group, and the main agreement and "Supplementary Agreement" became effective on the same day. After the completion of the transaction, the company will actually control Aviation Investment Yuhua and consolidate it.
