("Wisdom Petroleum") has officially started production of the Weizhou 10-3 Oilfield West Development Project with China Offshore Oil Group Co., Ltd. and Roc Oil (Bohai) Company. According to the contract, Wisdom Petroleum's equity ratio in the project development and production stage is 25%.
