Wang Huning, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, attended the meeting. Li Heping, a member, suggested that we should use scientific and technological innovation as a guide to promote the construction of China's modern industrial system and fortify our future strategic advantage. Zhang Xinghai, a member, proposed consolidating and strengthening the real economy, optimizing the business environment, cultivating and upgrading new productive forces, and enhancing future development potential. Liu Jiaqiang, on behalf of the China National Democratic Construction Association, called for accelerating the construction of a multi-sectoral governance ecosystem for artificial intelligence, improving collaborative governance mechanisms, and promoting the development of the artificial intelligence industry in a standardized and regulated manner. Li Zhongping, a member, suggested strengthening the position of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation, enhancing the ability of science and technology services, and promoting deep integration of scientific and industrial innovation. Cheng Hong, on behalf of the China Democratic League, proposed advancing the construction of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt, accelerating "hard connectivity" of infrastructure, reinforcing "soft connectivity" of supporting services, and jointly building the Belt and Road Initiative with high quality. Li Xiaopeng, a member, stated that we should improve the construction of a comprehensive transportation and logistics network and transportation services, promote high-quality development in transportation, and help build a strong domestic market. Xu Xiaolan, on behalf of the China Zhi Gong Party, advised to strengthen patient capital, accelerate the construction of a multi-level, long-cycle, and strongly coordinated capital support system, and improve the investment and financing mechanisms of the capital market.
