Zhitong Finance APP News, China Construction (601668.SH) announced that the 36th meeting of the fourth board of directors of the company approved the proposal on the cooperative development project of residential land plots in Singapore Ribabali C District by China Construction (Nanyang) Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as Nanyang Co.) and its subsidiary, China Construction Real Estate (Singapore) Co., Ltd. (referred to as China Construction Real Estate (Singapore)), collaborating with Sunway MCL Limited, a subsidiary of Malaysia's Sunway Group. Recently, China Construction Real Estate (Singapore) and Sunway MCL formed a joint venture to win the project land and received the bid award notification.
