The total size of the employee stock ownership plan shall not exceed 497 million yuan. The source of the employee stock ownership plan shares is the shares repurchased by the company's repurchase special account, totaling no more than 23.328049 million shares, not exceeding 1% of the total current share capital of the company. The price at which the employee stock ownership plan purchases the company's shares held in the company's repurchase special securities account is 21.30 yuan/share.
