Hong Kong Department of Justice: Consolidating the Position of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre through Multiple Means and Creating the Forefront of International Development.

According to the Zhitong Financial APP, on June 24, Hong Kong Secretary for Justice Lin Dingguo stated in a written reply to lawmakers that in order to consolidate Hong Kong's position as an international arbitration center, the government is taking multiple measures. In terms of legal and infrastructure, through the Arbitration Law Reform Working Group established in 2025, they are continuously improving the Arbitration Ordinance to ensure that the Hong Kong arbitration system can timely respond to global trends and stay at the forefront of international development.
