Guanglian Airlines announced that recently, its wholly-owned subsidiary Zigong Guanglian signed a "Parts Processing Purchase Contract" with a unit under Aviation Industry Corporation of China. The total contract amount including tax is 64,547,000 yuan, with the subject being a batch of large fixed-wing unmanned aircraft composite wing spar components, and excluding tax amount of 57,121,200 yuan, accounting for 5.64% of the company's audited revenue in 2025. The fulfillment of the contract will have a positive impact on the company's annual performance, but may be affected by external factors and may not be fulfilled on time or in full.
