Yunding XinYao (01952.HK) has reached a patent settlement with Hainan Herui regarding Nifucon and will further enhance patient access to medication through commercial cooperation.

Finance and Economics App has learned that YunDingxinYao (01952.HK) has announced that since the launch of Niferex it has benefited a large number of IgA nephropathy patients. In order to further expand the accessibility of medication for patients, the company has reached an agreement with Hainan Herui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ("Hainan Herui") on relevant patents for Niferex (budesonide enteric capsules) and will collaborate on the commercialization of budesonide enteric capsules approved by the China National Medical Products Administration in December 2025.
