On June 24th, Yun Dingxin Yao announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company has reached a commercial cooperation with Hainan Herui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. on the budesonide enteric capsule of Hainan Herui. The product was approved for listing by the National Medical Products Administration in December 2025. According to this cooperation, Hainan Herui's budesonide enteric capsules will be allowed to be listed on the mainland China market, and our company will be responsible for its commercialization. Our company will provide strict technical guidance and quality audits for the production and supply of Hainan Herui. This cooperation will help improve patients' choice of medication between Nifukang and Hainan Herui's budesonide enteric capsules. This cooperation will only take effect after meeting customary closing conditions.
