Strengthen business guidance and services for pre-approved drugs that meet the requirements for market access. Deepen the integration of drug import customs clearance sampling, facilitate 24-hour customs clearance, and accelerate the circulation and application of urgently needed imported drugs in clinical practice. Speed up the issuance and inspection of biological products and the customs inspection of imported drugs, ensure that sampling is carried out within 3 working days after the drugs arrive at the port, and reduce the dosage of each batch from 3 times the standard to 2 times the standard.
